Software Developer Interview Experience - San Jose, California

Process

For the first onsite interview, I had to finish a written C-Test, which took about 90 minutes. Afterward, two senior engineers asked me some technical questions (C++, Java) and some algorithm questions.

For the second onsite interview, I spoke with one Director of R&D and then a senior engineer. The questions were similar: C++, Java, and linked list problems.

For the third interview, I spoke with their VP of R&D. There were some C++, Java, and algorithm questions, and I was even allowed to answer two questions at home, as I didn't know the answers during the interview.

However, they still did not give me an offer.
