Just a brief video call. We chatted briefly about my experiences and problems that AdGear is working on. They chose not to move forward with my candidature. I have applied before and had the same experience, and was never called for a technical disc

I applied by sending an email with my CV. The whole hiring process took about a month. I had two interviews: * One with a person from HR that reviewed my background and motivation. * The other was technical and focused on a project overview.

The interview was conducted through voice call. The overall experience was good, and the job details were explained well. The questions were mostly based on the work experience stated in my CV and any projects undertaken.
