- Onsite opportunities, especially for South Korea.
- Compensation is decent.
- Work is on the latest technology and lot of versatile domains across teams.
- Work pressure is manageable.
- Quality of work is average. Only a very few teams have good work. The remaining is bug fixing and minor enhancements.
- Too much dependence on Korea for making any policies.
- Micromanagement when it comes to timings.
Don't be so scared of Korea all the time. Take a stand sometime, at least.
