I was laterally hired. The interview process included a first round of C programming. The technical round was all about the projects I did at my last company. It was mainly LTE.

Hiring is done in a 4-step process. First is an aptitude test, i.e., GSAT. Students shortlisted in this test will further appear in a technical test based on C/C++. After this is a technical interview, and then an HR interview.

Online coding based on algorithms, then an interview. This is followed by an HR interview. After selection, you also need to clear two more coding questions, with each level getting harder. These coding exams will be one factor in moving forward i
