I was laterally hired. The interview process included a first round of C programming. The technical round was all about the projects I did at my last company. It was mainly LTE.

Only an advanced coding test, with no interview initially. If failed, then an intermediate test and DS questions will be asked, followed by a very easy intermediate-level test, and then HR.

Hiring is done in a 4-step process. First is an aptitude test, i.e., GSAT. Students shortlisted in this test will further appear in a technical test based on C/C++. After this is a technical interview, and then an HR interview.
