Good place to settle.
HR and management are helpful.
Very process-oriented.
A hike will be good if you are top-rated.
You can file any number of patents, and management supports that.
Work-life balance is good.
Managers are technically not that great, because they never saw external work, since they have been in the same company for a long time. Also, management forces people management.
Your pay may grow well if you are top-rated, but technically you won't grow. You will only realize that when you come out.
If you file one patent a year, then you are done. Mostly you will get a good rating. No need to worry about project work.
