I got this interview through the on-campus career fair. The hiring manager was very nice, and there were no unexpected questions. However, they canceled the position, and there were no next steps.

Pros: Good compensation.
Nothing else.
Cons: Lots of idiots at the top.
Excels and colorful PPTs are all you need to survive here.
Everybody works for survival here, and technology is only talked about, but everybody's real job is the politics of survival.
They have all the bad people from a few good old companies, such as LSI and NetApp.
A recent round of firing of 5% across the board. The best part is that nobody got fired from the top, and all engineering folks got fired.
