Applied through linked.

Phone Interview with Senior Manager.

Followed by Onsite Interview with 4 team members (1:1).

Interview mainly focused on NAND Flash and basic VLSI questions.

An offer was provided after 2 weeks.

Overall interview experience was good.

Senior Manager explained all the job responsibilities in detail.

Since my job also involved some Firmware Programming, I was questioned on some basic Programming questions.

Pros: The NAND department at least gave some free dinner during tapeout time.

Cons: Other engineering departments could not care less if you are working late, there is no incentive, and management is very pushy to get jobs done ASAP. Mediocre salary and no clear direction; we have had so many reorgs (2-3) and layoffs in the past few years. Rule of thumb is to expect layoffs at least once a year, followed by a new round of hirings. I guess they want to trim excess fat, but they do it often and the employees lose their morale.
