I got the interview call from the college recruiter. After a small phone interview, they called me onsite for a 4-hour-long group interview.

There were 6 interviewers, and each of them took a 30-minute 1:1 interview. The interview questions included both technical and non-technical topics.

Pros: Great benefits, manageable hours, and managers who care to make sure you have interesting things to do. Had a ton of opportunities to learn about new technology and practice coding and hardware skills, and got a very well-rounded internship.

Cons: There is lots of red tape at the company, which makes it hard to get things done quickly without going through several levels of bureaucracy, and the work culture is almost too laid-back in terms of wanting to get things done.

Pros: Great benefits, manageable hours, and managers who care to make sure you have interesting things to do. Had a ton of opportunities to learn about new technology and practice coding and hardware skills, and got a very well-rounded internship.

Cons: There is lots of red tape at the company, which makes it hard to get things done quickly without going through several levels of bureaucracy, and the work culture is almost too laid-back in terms of wanting to get things done.

Sandisk is lagging behind and still in the process of charting its future path
