Pros: Good benefits and cutting-edge technology.
Cons: Poor communication and product planning. Even less communication and organization within project teams. Work life balance is rough if you're the Senior guy - turn over rate at SanDisk is high which means you'll quickly be the one with the most tribal knowledge. This means you'll be doing more work.

Pros: SanDisk has a wide variety of products and it is a nice place to work.
Cons: It is still a big corporate and has too much red-tape.
