I was asked technical questions, most of which were neither deep nor specific. They were mostly open-ended questions which a suitably experienced person can answer without preparation. My tip is that you keep talking, and they will take you if they feel like it.

Pros: Good people and good work.
Cool campus, food, gym, etc.
Competitive salaries.
Cons: Management is not that great. Direction keeps changing and deadlines keep getting missed. Employees who are affected by this. Not sure if this place will be the same in the future with WD integration.

Pros: A very dynamic environment.
* Very strong leadership
* Clear vision and a clear set of targets
* Enthusiastic teams
* A lot to learn from peers
Cons: Some of the decisions are not very clear and obvious. Some of the critical decisions made by management are opaque.
Only in my group, there is some confusion with respect to weekly status updates.
Some people work more than 8 hours, which is a con only if you tend to do so. The management never works late, and so it is your choice.

Pros: Fast growing, great technology, well experienced engineers, and a good bonus.
Cons: It is highly specialized, and if you don't like specialized and deep work, it is not for you.
