Pros: There are only a few sections of IT where the going is good, but software development is not one of them. So consider it before you think of joining IT.
Cons: Has a complete sweatshop mentality and attitude, especially if you are of Asian Indian origin. The Director is prone to yelling at you using profane words in front of your colleagues, not letting you go home until the job is done, and other similar behaviors.

Great place for a fresher
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Bengaluru

Pros: SanDisk is a great place to work. You can find people with very good knowledge and you will get to learn from them a lot. If you are a university hire, you will go through very good trainings. From the 1st or 2nd month itself you will be put into a major project instead of wasting a lot of time in training.
Apart from work, there will be a lot of fun activities conducted in SanDisk which you will enjoy.
Cons: There is nothing I can find as of now!
