Multi-culture company with many talented engineers. Not so big yet, but with so much experience. Since it has so many sites around the world, you will get the chance to travel and visit many countries. Good brand.
Doesn't invest in engineering, especially the site in Milpitas. Many re-organizations in engineering that affect the motivation. Moving most of the development to India. SanDisk has lost the leadership in NAND technology and is losing many good engineers.
Invest more in development, and buying more companies is a short-term solution.
