Work environment is awesome, with too much freedom to come and go. So you can do whatever you want to do, as there is no restriction.
People are very friendly and helpful.
Intranet of the company is extremely useful, as it contains a lot of info regarding the storage domain. So if you want to learn something new in this domain, just log in and start reading.
You have access to almost everything, including the company's quarter meetings and presentations. So you can know anything you want to know about this company.
Perks are also good.
There are staff engineers placed at every level of the organisation, which is destructive as they don't have any technical knowledge (or even if they have they never do any technical work) and they will manage the technical employees, which is not right.
Lots and lots of meetings. Seriously sometimes you feel that you come to office just to attend unproductive meetings in the face of KT (Knowledge Transfer).
Food is very bad. I don't know about the present situation, but at my time being a north Indian I used to detest the food there.
Just remove these staff engineers between the techie employees and senior developers and see the boost in the productivity of the organisation. (Again, this is purely from my point of view; I may be missing something.)
