Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.
There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all of the attrition and lack of recognition, it is not a fun place to work.
Don't make the US Planning report into Factory Leadership.
Leaders need a better understanding of Business Volatility and how it affects Ops, and often Ops is having to push the boundaries and strain the supply chain to meet unrealistic business scenarios.
