In-person interview with two members of the team I was being interviewed for.

There were lots of technical questions about the language I felt strongest in.

The interviewers were very friendly and were okay with you not knowing the answer to all their questions. They did their best to ensure it was a low-pressure interview.

Lots of questions were asked about language details and features of C#.

(Object-oriented qualities, interfaces, delegates, async vs. synchronous, etc.)

Pros: Good work/life balance, recent move to more modern development technologies.

Cons: Renovating the office to an open office plan is unfortunate and very disappointing. As further research shows clear issues with these styles of office, it's clear the company just wants to cut costs, even if it's at the expense of employee health and productivity. This is compounded by local management that resists the company's more global push to allow employees to work from home.

Pros: Great internship experience. I will recommend it to anyone wanting mentorship in a laid-back environment. The project was forward-looking and always had something to do, with hearty breaks in between.

Cons: As with any larger company, progress and innovation move slower, and you complete the work that you are expected to do. Sometimes the drive won't be as hard because of the greater freedom in the company.

Find two numbers in a given array that add up to a specific target value, and return their indices. Essentially, you need to efficiently locate the pair that satisfies the sum requirement.

Find the number of increasing quadruplets (i, j, k, l) in an array, where i < j < k < l and nums[i] < nums[k] < nums[j] < nums[l]. Count how many such quadruplets exist within the input array.
