SAP Work Experiences

Great Corp Experience, Risky Reorgs

Channel Development • Former Employee

Phoenix, Arizona, United States

February 16, 2016

Pros: SAP is a good place to either get great corporate experience or, if you can make it to executive level, have a great career.

Cons: If you are not at the executive level, be prepared to have the rug pulled from underneath you, regardless of your position within their multiple organizations. It is known throughout the company and industry that SAP constantly does "re-orgs." This means if you are able to keep your job, who knows what it will be or who your new manager will be.
