Cloud Engineer Interview Experience - San Ramon, California
Process
I applied through a referral. They asked me for all screening details (including OPT date) in the first email and then directly scheduled an onsite interview via an automated email. No details were given about the interview process.
When I went there, the hiring manager told me that I could not be hired as they needed someone by the end of the year.
Why call someone for an onsite interview if you can't hire them because of their OPT date? Even after I gave them the details, they chose to call me!
Pathetic!
