They called me to set up an interview.
The first interview was around 30 minutes. In it, they asked me to introduce myself, and then asked "why this company and why this role?" questions. After that, they asked some situation-based questions from my previous experience.
The second interview was 45 minutes with three people and included a detailed discussion on my previous work experience.
