Pros: Fair pay, a diverse company, strong C-suite and leadership, great office spaces, and lots of opportunities for growth and job mobility.

Cons: Lack of manager training and unengaged managers (but this is just my personal experience). Silos are inevitable at such a huge company. North American employees always seem to be on the chopping block during layoffs, since Europeans are protected by local laws (nothing wrong with this, but something to be aware of for U.S. applicants).
