Stupid HR, don't waste your time.

HR ghosts you even if your multiple tech rounds went well. At least have the decency to send a rejection email to candidates instead of ghosting them.

I applied via the SAP Careers site.

• The recruiter called and set up the first round after an initial chat.

• The first technical round was taken by a Senior Engineer. He asked about my experience and questions related to Git, CI/CD, and AWS.

• The second technical round offered insights into the team and work. Questions were about CI/CD, DevOps, and AWS.

I've been waiting for an answer/next steps for three weeks. HR does not pick up calls or respond to emails.
