Pros: The people are some of the best: bright, happy to help, take full ownership, and produce impressive work. This includes the devs, architects, and Product. Management cares and is good. I'm fortunate to be working on a modern, exciting, visible project, though obviously SAP also has projects that are less so. Competitive salaries, great benefits. Standing desks for those who need them. Work-life balance and vacation days are as they should be. Fair and clearly defined opportunities for career advancement, both as an individual contributor and along the management track. I believe in their vision, which emphasizes cloud done right and avoiding proprietary solutions in favor of open and interoperable ones.

Cons: Compared to other companies I've worked at in Israel, certain benefits are slightly lacking. We don't do "fun days" as often. The cafeterias are minimally stocked, and the Cibus rules are restrictive (though I understand the rationale - they invest heavily in the amazing, subsidized on-site cafeterias).

Pros: Big company with employment security.

Cons: Old technology, slow moving, lots of bureaucracy.

Pros: Many technologies and opportunities to learn.

Cons: Fewer long-term positions.
