I received my first call for one team and interviewed with them. They had an assignment, which I completed, followed by a 2.5-hour technical interview. I then got a call from HR stating they did not want me on that team and that I needed to interview for another. I went through the same process again: a 45-minute initial call with the team manager, followed by a 2.5-hour technical interview.

I passed this interview, but the offer did not even match my existing salary. Their excuse was that I had not mentioned my salary to them, but I had. I believe they were just wasting my time.
