It was a pleasant process.
The first contact was initiated by a company internal headhunter. We discussed the general conditions and briefly the job description.
In one week, a second round was scheduled. It was led by the hiring manager, and one team member was present too.
I had a chance to introduce myself and to talk a little more about my career history and experience. Then, we discussed the position in more detail, not only from an administrative/HR perspective but also from a technical perspective.
