From start to finish, it took about a month.
There were 2 technical interviews and 1 with the manager, lasting 1 hour.
Overall, they seemed happy with me. I thought it was a done deal, and then...
I got a message saying this position will not open as planned. I got my expectations too high.
I do understand it takes time, but COME ON!
Why would you do this to someone who so willingly agreed to all demands and fits both technically and personally? Why wouldn't you plan ahead and open the position only AFTER it's approved with all relevant parties?
Total disappointment.
