I am quite disappointed with the interview process followed at SAP Labs Bangalore.

I gave two technical rounds on the same day, and both went very well. Both interviewers seemed very impressed with my overall skills.

After constant follow-ups throughout the week with a recruiter, I finally received feedback that the second round of the interview didn’t go well. I simply can't believe this response.

This is a kind of behavior that should be avoided. Companies should also provide detailed feedback if they are not shortlisting candidates; otherwise, you are simply wasting the time of good candidates.

I now won't recommend anyone to waste their time in such companies that take the interview process very lightly.
