Pros: Office infrastructure is good.
Some benefits, like the car lease policy, and the cafeteria food is good.
Cons: Many cons:
* Salary is below the industry average.
* No career growth if you are not a manager's pet.
* Most of the people managers are from out of town and more interested in real estate than the company.
* Old technology.
* No innovation.
I can write many, but I'm just telling you one thing: if you joined as a fresher, then be a manager's pet. If you joined as a lateral, then leave ASAP because managers are real hypocrites here.
