Process
The interview was conducted in German, even though the job offer was in English. I understand German, but I cannot speak it at a professional level. I had the feeling that this disappointed the reviewers, and continuing the interview was not easy.
I was given a task on databases, though I stated in my CV that I did not have any experience in them. In fact, I was surprised to be summoned for an interview.
