Pros: The human aspect, something easily forgotten in tech companies, is one of the major drivers inside SAP. Not just inside the organization, but also giving back to the community, with many incentives for volunteer work and donation campaigns to the benefit of children in need.
A solid career opportunity, which values the employee and allows them to grow in their area of choice.
Cons: It's too easy to stagnate and keep on doing the same work over and over if you don't have the discipline required to grow and are afraid of trying to move to a different line of business.
The internal marketing sometimes conflicts with the corporate climate perceived by the employees.

Pros: None as such :d Just a brand tag.
Cons: There's no work-life balance in my organization. A person who is willing to work will be loaded with three to four roles, while those who do not want to do anything are just chilling.
