Pros: - Good company culture - Great work-life balance - Great benefits - Good group of people

Cons: Technology is older, although the company is catching up. It's hard to rise up the company ladder.

Pros: SAP is a great company to work for.

Cons: Nothing but good things to report on SAP.

Pros: SAP is a great company. They really care about their employees and will make you feel appreciated and heard. Great Benefits. Most coworkers are great, friendly, and always willing to help. Great Work-life balance.

Cons: Almost everything used at SAP, at least in my team and department, is proprietary. This means you will become out of date with current technologies, making it really hard to switch companies or even jobs inside the company. Managers are completely out of date with current technologies and prefer doing things the old way. A promotion will take years, and normally, people are promoted based on their relationship with their managers. Code is extremely bad, and there is no accountability. Some senior programmers who have been in the company for years are extremely condescending and even aggressive if you question their methods. Most people working here have been in the company for more than 7 years. Although this may seem like a good thing, it actually makes innovation and change really hard.
