Pros: Great company culture, strong respect for employees, and great benefits.
Cons: No real possibilities of career progress. It is expected you be doing the same job during your lifetime (German culture not applicable to North America).

Good location, close to downtown Montreal
Cons: - Developers are told what to do, with very little opportunity to innovate.
- Outdated technology: ABAP, in-house tools and frameworks.
- Lots of legacy code, making it extremely difficult to find information.
- No standards, no documentation, and code quality is horrible.
- Source code repository? What is that?
- Repetitive, boring tasks.
- Promotions are very infrequent due to the flat hierarchy.
