Pros: SAP is a great company to work for. It is not only purely business-oriented but also takes good care of employees.
There are pretty good benefits, including:
* Vacation up to 5 weeks after 5 years with the company
* Free training possibilities every year
* Bonus plan
* Long-term incentives plan to encourage people with great performance to stay in the company.
I just named a few.
It's a very diverse and friendly environment. You can reach out to an unknown colleague in a different department and country, and they will help you. This is part of the culture.
Cons: Cannot name any of significant worth mentioning.
