There is a good balance between work and private life.

Cons: It's not easy to get promoted.
Too many reorganizations.
Changes in technology and processes are very slow.
Low quality of acceptance tests.
There are no HR events.

* Lots of processes
* Skillset developed may lock you into SAP-related roles if you aren't careful about which team you land in.

Cons: - Developers are told what to do, with very little opportunity to innovate.
- Outdated technology: ABAP, in-house tools and frameworks.
- Lots of legacy code, making it extremely difficult to find information.
- No standards, no documentation, and code quality is horrible.
- Source code repository? What is that?
- Repetitive, boring tasks.
- Promotions are very infrequent due to the flat hierarchy.
