Pros: The company definitely makes an impact and is full of opportunities to learn and grow. However, for that, you have to move to California, where its headquarters is. Field offices (at least the Cambridge one) offer limited space to grow; you hit a glass ceiling very quickly.
The Cambridge, MA office offers a free public transport pass, lunches (fairly good), and reasonably large workspace. Employees are respected by management. The company offers tuition support for some courses.
Cons: As mentioned above, the Cambridge, MA field office is not a place to put your professional career on a fast track.
