Process

At first, I sent my English CV and a cover letter for the position. After one week, I received a call from the HR manager. We consulted on a date for the interview, which included a test at the company. I was there with many other candidates.

For the test, we had exactly one hour. The test had 50 questions:

  • The first 10 questions were general programming, math, and combinatorics questions, such as the algorithm for a leap year.
  • The next 20 questions were in C++, including a for loop with some logic, asking for the result, and some C++ specific questions like pointers.
  • The last 20 questions were in Java, similar to the C++ questions.

Questions

Leap year algorithm.

Combinatorial question like, you have a cup with 10 balls in 3 different colors...

For loop from x to y: what is the output?

Is the following code snippet correct?

Etc.
