Working from home (until October) and a great network.
Layoffs until 2025, so don't bother. They are going to get you and then let you go sooner rather than later. Poor employee experience. Low salary (especially if you are a woman). Leadership is outsourcing to cheaper locations. Leadership in Ireland has lost the total trust of employees. Expect tones of overtime hours (not paid, of course), lots of anxiety, and uncertainty about your future and the future of your team.
What can I say?
The interview began with a normal conversation, followed by a round of questions related to the ticketing system used in my previous job. Then, there were questions about how I am accustomed to working with IT and my ability to contribute to the team
A brief but not short interview in which the questions were tailored to both the role I was applying for, as well as the projects and work I had completed in my own past experience.
The pre-interview technical skills challenge really caught me off guard. It was stated that there would be practice questions, but this wasn't the case. I started on the real questions without much warning.
