A privilege to be a part of
One of the most wonderful things about SAP is the focus on employee wellbeing and comfort.
I also love that the employee's voice is heard, and the way we work is shaped by our daily feedback.
From an operations viewpoint, there are many simple tasks that can be automated. This would pretty much exclude simple human errors and will make the work process smoother and easier for everyone.
I am extremely pleased with the leadership, support, and approachability that our management provides.
My only advice is to extend the current direction into the new year. A big thank you for everything so far!
