The internship program is extremely well structured. The learning curve is very steep, always with support from the team. There is always someone responsible for technical development, another for adaptation within the company, and the managers and dev leads who provide all the support for career development.
I don't see any "cons." I don't see anyone regretting entering the SAP internship program.
The admission process took three different steps: * An offline coding challenge * A live interview screening * A final live interview with a whiteboard challenge, involving Big O algorithm runtime optimization.
I was asked about my current work and about myself. Some questions were in English. They focused on what I currently do. It's all very relaxed; you feel very comfortable.
1 interview of 1 hour with 3 humans: * 1 Human Resources representative * 2 from the Squad One part of the interview is in English, the last part is a technical question in pseudo-code.
