SAP's AI efforts are half-hearted, both for its own products and in the area of automating its own consulting. Little structure in the way of working. Much is done solely through relationship knowledge or who knows whom. This does not fit such a large company, which then also preaches standards and structure. Relying on relationships no longer fits today's workforce fluctuation.
