Good salary and benefits. Great, intelligent colleagues.
Overworked, unacknowledged, and constant loss of U.S. jobs makes for extremely high stress among teams.
Lack of support from the C-suite, as they're all worried they will be next on the chopping block.
Current SE management is a lost cause. They don't care about their workforce, especially in the U.S. Nepotism runs rampant, as does bullying and eliminating people who are not their "yes" people.
