There is no transparency in the salary review system. It is all up to the manager's discretion. There is no reward for good work; everyone is treated the same. Everything depends on the manager. After clear communication from upper management, they can still deny the basic need for broad reimbursement with any number of reasons when you are WFH.
Please train the managers so that at least they can provide the basic things which the company is providing.
Service-based companies also reimburse broadband bills, but as a product-based company, it's a shame that for such a small thing, managers are too reluctant.
