SAP offers great work flexibility and great benefits. They are very accommodating to family needs and encourage family over work.
The processes required for release often get in the way of providing a true Agile environment.
I was also a victim of the recent layoffs. I felt that the whole ordeal was handled poorly.
Groups of individuals were let go just because they belonged to a certain segment of the company. I feel that no thought was given in the evaluation of the groups and their products/services.
