SAP has great benefits and lots of smart people to work with. I love the daily challenges and collaboration. SAP has a genuine interest in customer satisfaction. In general, the pros far outweigh the cons.
Staffing is not always equally considered in various regions in the world, creating a disproportionate workload in certain regions. This likely has a lot to do with cultural tolerances for a disproportionate work-life balance, especially in North America. However, the company should be more sensitive and aware of the disproportionate workloads and strive to improve it.
It is very difficult to provide customer satisfaction without the resources needed, but we really try.
The first round was an online round consisting of two programming questions and a few (maybe 30) aptitude questions. The programming questions included OOPS concepts and a basic data structure question. The second round was at SAP Labs, Bangalore.
3 Rounds, friendly atmosphere. 1. Test assessment. 2. Technical interview (questions about experience and live-coding session). 3. Interview marathon: * 1-hour interview with team members * 1-hour interview with a manager * 30 min coffee
A 3-round process that lasts over 3 weeks. First is the screening round. Second is the technical round. Third is the hiring manager round. For the second round, I was asked to design a system for an app, and I couldn't get through.
