Good work, mediocre pay
Excellent people in the community. People are generally very collaborative and eager to help.
Big focus on moving to a modern, cloud-based infrastructure.
Excellent PTO/sick leave policies. Managers are good at recognizing your work and will promote you promptly if they feel you're overachieving.
Excellent work/life balance. There were only a handful of times where I felt like I had to work more than I wanted to, and our process has caught up so those scenarios don't happen anymore.
Pay is subpar. Not as bad as most smaller companies, but it is significantly worse than similarly sized companies.
Increase compensation. There's no way we can attract high-level talent with what we currently pay.
