SAP's employees are still its main asset; they are devoted and loyal.
- A mandated return to office as a one-size-fits-all solution is unsuitable and ill-considered.
- Management style on the board level is top-down.
- Politics have been given too much space; SAP used to be apolitical.
- Very small salary increases in the last few years despite good results.
Listen to your employees more and less to the share market.
