Since SAP is a large company, it doesn't really have a sense of unity.
Management seems distant.
The big picture plan for the company is a bit unclear.
The company may be relying too much on acquisitions rather than innovating internally.
Existing perks (e.g., company-sanctioned barbecues) are being cut back to save on costs.
Articulate the overall vision for the company, because right now it seems like a bunch of disparate pieces that aren't operating as a single entity.
