SAP has been on strong budget cuts for at least 3 years, which affects bonuses, possibilities to get training (in relevant topics), hiring, and travel.
Constant reorganizations impact teams and projects and are done regardless of skills or individual (or team) performance. Constantly shutting down and restarting new projects has a strong negative impact on career and skill development.
Management is incompetent.
Working at SAP is not recommended at all.
