Salaries are below the market average. The company benefits are good, but they don't compensate for the low TTC. Internal career opportunities are only for people with friends in the departments. I only received automatic emails from HR when applying to new positions. No relevant feedback from HR and management was given.
Establish a real performance review with significant raises in the TTC. Just giving shares or one-time bonuses are not a good long-term solution. I would like to see my performance reflected in my monthly salary too.
