Company car – unofficial home office (not contractually)
Salary only average anymore. No efficiency whatsoever. SAFe is not agile (much time wasted, no targeted audience in meetings). Very many inactive employees, including external ones, who achieve or do nothing all day. Performance is not rewarded, no real career advancement opportunities without resignation. Equipment for home office is not provided (desk, monitors, ...). Internet and electricity in home office are not covered.
