Great Team, Salary Oddity
Flexible working hours, awesome colleagues, and a great work environment. The general feeling of working for a huge multi, where purchasing worktools for millions of HUF is not an issue whatsoever.
I basically do the same tasks as a full-time developer, only 3 out of 5 days a week. Yet, the fact that they earn 5-6 times my salary feels a bit odd.
I think even interns would benefit greatly from feedback talks that full-time employees have.
